So ladies and gents (yes men, I want your input too, I’m not excluding you,) this has been a question that I’ve seen buzzing around social media and of course I didn’t receive any REAL answers, so I HAVE to ask; how long do you leave a protective style in and how long is too long? I’ve seen some replies say six months or more, but then I begin to wonder, does leaving a protective style in for too long compromise the overall health and integrity of your hair?
